โ‘  Cancellation

- Once an order is completed on the website, cancellation is not allowed.

- Quantity changes are not permitted.


โ‘ก Exchange

- Exchanges due to a simple change of mind are not allowed.


โ‘ข Shipping Errors

- Claims related to missing items or other shipping errors will not be accepted without an unboxing video.

- Claims cannot be made after two weeks from the date of receiving the shipment.


โ‘ฃ Damage

- In case of product damage, the following materials must be provided:

1) Photos showing the condition of the external packaging

2) Photos displaying the packaging method and form

3) Photos of the cargo inside the packaging

4) Photos of the damaged individual items

- It is recommended not to discard damaged products or packaging until the claim process is completed.

- Claims cannot be made after two weeks from the date of receiving the shipment.

- Damage to the external box alone will not be considered a valid claim.

  (However, if the product is deemed unsuitable for sale upon inspection, the damage may be acknowledged.)


โ‘ค Defective Products

- If an unboxing video of the defective product is submitted, a replacement or refund will be processed.

  (However, to prevent resale, evidence footage proving the item is unfit for sale must be provided.)


โ€ป An unboxing video is mandatory for all complaints. Claims without a submitted unboxing video will not be accepted.
