1. What is "PRE-ORDER ONLY"?

→ Albums or limited items that are only available during the pre-order period, often labeled as "Pre-order only".

• Typically, orders can only be placed before the official release date.

• After the cutoff date, the album may no longer be available, or may be provided without any special benefits.

• For manufacturers, this is a common way to produce only the quantity needed based on early demand.

2. What is "POB (Pre-Order Benefit)"?

→ A special bonus item available only to customers who order in advance (e.g. exclusive photocards or images).

• Typically provided by specific distributors as a unique perk.

• Example:
  SOUNDWAVE POB Photocard,
  KTOWN4U POB Mini Poster, etc.

• POBs are a key reason fans choose a particular store to purchase from.'

✅ Note: POBs vary by distributor in terms of image and contents, so always check the product details carefully.

3. What is "LD (Lucky Draw)"?

→ A lottery-style bonus for eligible purchases, often tied to fan sign events or exclusive prizes.

• Customers are entered automatically when purchasing a certain quantity.

• Some are in-person events, others are online/randomly assigned.

• Events have strict deadlines and are operated separately from standard orders.

✅ Note: LDs often have separate systems, and deadlines must be followed precisely.
